Crispy chicken in tomato sauce??

From the chinese, how on earth do I point this? Checked Noreens site but its not there!€

crispy makes me think it might be high.. crispy beef is 12, but crispy fish is only 6.5 .. i would make an educated guess at around 8, as chicken is white meat and much lower usually than pork or beef xx

thx, 8 isnt too bad, had enough points for it anyway! plus off to join the gym today so cant be all bad!
