Crispy Duck . Must try :-)

Hi. I have tweeked this from the hairy bikers cookbook.
Remove skin from
2 Duck breasts
1 garlic clove
2 star anise
2 cm of a fresh ginger root ( grated)
2 tablespoon Dark soya sauce.
Put everything in a sance pan and simmer for 1 hour. Untill you can pull the duck apart with 2 forks. I served it on a bed of salad ( Hosin Sauce - 2 syns. )
 
Sounds very nice will be giving this a try! Just wandering tho if its on for an hour will the pan not go dry and burn? Not saying it will just wanna make sure I do this right and don't make a mess of it! Thanks
 
I really must try this, I love duck. Does anyone know how many syns the thin pancakes are? Gotta love duck pancakes xx
