Now I don't think I totally "get" the whole crooked thinking malarky (sp???). This weekend everytime I have been having any "negative" thoughts - absolutely about anything - not just food - I have just thought to myself "that's crooked thinking so stop it" and wiped it out of my mind! Wierd but it appears to have worked for me. Well for the last 3 days anyway
