Hi

Does anyone know what I should put down on my exercise tracker when using the cross trainer as I can't find it on there :(

Hi I go by intensity instead :)
 
i would go by intensity - because for sure i work harder on the cross trainer than a walk.
 
I put aerobic!
Then that's 1point per 10 min
Which is about right, as running is 2 per 10min!

I push quite hard so sweat like I am in a class aerobics class anyway!
