Cruise : Quark (ideas needed)

Hi all. Ive bought some quark as it's allowed but don't actually have a clue what to do with it. Any ideas or recipes would be a great help. Thank you.

Given the recent quark shortage experienced by some on here you've done well to track some down!! Have a good look at the recipe thread, I tend to use quark in Dukan muffins but you can use it for dukan bread, quiche, cheesecake-style "puddings", to stuff chicken or mushrooms for example, or make a thick sauce..? Lady Mahayla has some brilliant recipes ("Recipes I love...") on the forum.

Quark makes a lovely substitute for cream if mixed with yogurt and sweetner!

The idea came from Slimming Worlds version of Eton Mess!

Quark with black pepper and garlic on dukan bread or dukan crackers - it's like boursin!

I use it like mayonnaise as a dip with salmon steak turkey breast, everything really!
