Cup shotz.. Like mug shotz

Does anyone know how many syns are in the aldi cup shotz? My family shop in aldi so they just picked the cup shotz up. They're the same thing as mug shotz but im not sure of the syn value. Anyone know what they are?

I think they are sin free if they are below one percent fat.
