    1st day back on sw yesterday and thought i would join you all in putting my diary on!

    Monday - Green Day

    Breakfast
    28g porridge oat(HEb) (made with water and sweetener)

    Dinner
    Batchelors mild cheese and brocolli pasta. Aldi free yog

    Tea
    85g gammon (HEb), syn free chips, beans and fried egg (done in frylight). Aldi free yohurt

    Snacks
    Fresh Cherries
    tea and coffee (250ml skimmed milk HEa)

    I'm gonna get some fruit today as I didn't have much in yestesterday.

    Breakfast

    Batchelors garlic and chicken pasta. Aldi free yog

    Tea
    Jacket potato with 113g tuna (HEb) and beans. Aldi free yohurt

    Snacks
    satsuma
    tea and coffee (250ml skimmed milk HEa)
    Aldi free yog

    i am suffering from a really sore tongue at the minute, feel like I have ulcers on both side so I am struggling to eat! had the satsuma yesterday and I was in agony. How many syns do you think bonjela has????:eek:

    I am debating whether a couple of vodka's will numb the pain!:rolleyes:

    just cooking spag bol for tea, I have had a red day today so will be having loads of sauce with a bit of pasta and loads of veg. I hope I will be able to resist the garlic bread though! it makes my mouth dribble!:crazy:

    Why is there no dribble smilies??? there should definatley be one of those on here!

    ok, here is yesterdays diary:

    Wednesday - Red Day
    Breakfast
    28g porridge oat(HEb) (made with water and sweetener)

    Dinner
    ham omellete with bacon. strawberries and candarel

    Tea

    Lean beef Bolognese with 100g pasta (HEb)
    2 fairy cakes and ice cream (I know I know but i was having a hypo! Have put down as 20 syns!)

    Snacks
    tea and coffee (250ml skimmed milk HEa)
    mullerlight
    2 slice nimble (5 syns) with low fat cheese (HEa)

    Total syns for the day was 25 but I did do exercise yesterday too! 20 mins walking and 20 mins on the cross trainer.

    When you are doing a post and you have the box for the smilies click more then press the square at the top of the box that comes up then scroll down till you find it.:D

    i made the mistake of making some homemade scones today cause hubby fell out with me and I wanted to bring him round. They are scrummy and screaming to me out of the kitchen!

    i wouldn't mind but there is only me, him and the baby.......I counted them and I had made about 30!:doh: sort of forgot I can't eat them!

    ouuu cant you take them round to a neighbours house or give them to family ?

    didn't do too bad yesterday, going back to green today! I don't really like red, get bored. green is a lot easier!

    haven't been able to eat much fruit cause of my ulcers!

    Right! Yesterday was the day for me to get back on track (again!)

    I have decided that I really do find it easier doing greens and red days are where I seem to slip! So, here is what I had yesterday:

    Monday - Green Day

    Breakfast

    28g porridge oat(HEb) (made with water and sweetener)

    Dinner
    Batchelors mild cheese and brocolli pasta. Asda free yog

    Tea
    jacket spud, beans & 2 asda veggie burgers (0.5 syn each = 1 syn)
    Asda free yog

    Snacks
    tea and coffee (250ml skimmed milk HEa)
    Dairylea l/f triangles (HEa)
    2 slices of nimble (HEb)

    Total syns = 1

    I don't think I'll do good this week as totm due

    Hi Curly Girl,

    Even if it is that TOTM, if you stick to the plan this week, you should be ok. I gain during the week leading up to TOTM, but the following week, I have a huge loss.
    You can do it!!!!
