Curried Pork Burgers - pictures attached

    You must try these - a triumph for ALL the family!

    Ingredients:
    Pork mince
    2tbs curry powder
    4 spring onions
    5 mushrooms
    1 egg

    Add curry powder to a bowl.
    Finely chop onion and mushroom, add to bowl.
    Add the egg.
    Stir thoroughly.

    Add the pork mince and stir again.

    Now I used flour in these pictures as they were for my family. But I used flax seed to mould the burgers together.
    Flour your hands, grab some mixture and then form into patties.
    Fry in oil, 4 minutes each side

    Serve with egg and salad greens

    EAT AND DIE FROM HEAVENESS

    You're on a roll tonight...though this time I really am drooling and nearly reached for the jar of Hellmans to put over the photo of the fried burgers!

    Yup, gotta have these additions! I like to add cheese, bacon, dill pickles, and a whole load of mayo....oh and oopsie rolls for the bun substitute!
