    which brand did you use? was it reduced fat coconut milk? its probably not as bad as you think-my mum makes currys with coconut milk at least once a week on plan

    pataks curry paste rogan josh and madras
    pataks coconut sachets

    Anything like this can be worked out yourself as there is no free food allowance.

    Just look at calories and it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories

    the red thai curry paste is 1syn per level tbsp
    rogan josh curry paste 2 syns per level tbsp
    madras curry paste 2 syns per level tbsp

    cant find the coconut sachets and remember having difficulty synning them before!

    Only for foods with no free food allowance (i.e snacks, icecream, sauces, drinks, alcohol, ready made sandwiches, pizza) etc

    They will all be 1 syn per 20 calories as no free food.

    - Red Thai Curry Paste, jar, 1 level tbsp 1

    - I answered the Patak's paste one here: http://www.minimins.com/syn-values/226611-please-please-can-someone-tell-me.html#post3925623 2 syns per tbsp.

    - Patak's coconut is not in the directory but Tesco nutrition shows 694kcal per 100g so 35syns per 100g.
