guys iv had such a BAD week, last week i vowed to change the way i was eating and count my calories but i have not done this at all, all i have done is eat and eat!! :jelous:i feel sluggish n drained and no its because of the crap iv been eatin! SO 2mro i promise i will be good, i need to be, i get the keys to my flat 2mro so will not make the gym this week due to cleanin n striping wall paper etc but least thats a form of exercise too :) i will plan out wat i am eatin 2mro and will update my food diary :)xx
