    well girlies n guys here goes day one of my food diary :Dfeelin positive this time:Dhopin u can all keep me on straight n narrow, please feel free to comment :D

    22 points per day
    6.12.10

    breakfast - nutrigrain bar, half a banana&mandarin orange - 3.5 points

    lunch - mushroom cup a soup, 2 small part baked petit pains wit slice of cheese (between 2) and tbsp salad cream - 9 points :mad: (awful lot for lunch but wasnt that well prepared as wasnt at own house this mornin to prepare lunch)

    dinner - ww chicken n mushroom pie with large side salad - 6 points

    snack - 1 pancake & slice toast with tsp low fat spread - 3.5 points

    total - 22 points :)

    Hi curvygirl

    I'm new to this site so just learning the ropes but have just joined ww again fir the third time and I'm nearly at the end of my first week on the new propoints plan which seems quite good so far :)

    It's completely different to what I'm used to with points so trying to get used to it still :)

    thank u :) im gona stick to the old plan for time bein then maybe give pro points a go after a while :)hope u get on well :)xx

    Well week 2 for me... 22 points

    Breakfast – nutrigrain bar & mandarin orange – 3 points

    Lunch – toastie with ham peppers & onion, pack of velvet crunch crisps – 5.5 points

    Snack – jelly tots – 2 points

    Dinner – ww chicken n mushroom pie with side salad & medium potato cut into chips – 8.5 points

    (1/4 pint semi skimmed milk – 1 point)
