Breakfast – half banana, mandarin orange, nutrigrain bar

Snack – pancake with scrapping of butter

Lunch – 2 small rolls with slice of cheese & tbsp salad cream, mushroom cup a soup & tayto smoky bacon (multipack)

Dinner – ww chicken n mushroom pie with side salad

Snack – slice toast with scrapping of butter


Breakfast – 2 slices of toast and an egg

Snack – mandarin orange & banana

Lunch – ww lasagne with side salad & fat free peach yoghurt

Dinner – homemade chicken curry with boiled rice and 2 slices small garlic bread

breakfast - bowl of cheerios with semi skimmed milk

snack - go ahead yoghurt break

lunch - prawn cocktail with side salad & 2 slices of wheaten bread, mandarin orange & strawberry activia yoghurt

dinner - baked potatoes with cheese & side salad & tbsp sour cream & chive

think im doin quite well so far :) wud appreciate any feedback as im sorta new to this lol :)
Hi - nice to meet you! Looks like you've made a great start, and I'm sure you'll soon see results.
One thing I'd say is to be careful of some of the 'diet/healthy' food items - some, eg nutrigrain bars and go aheads, may be lower in fat but are often full of sugar. Not as bad a chocolate attack, but still not great for your insulin levels.....
