It's great to get into the habit of cutting carbs. I plan to stick to a low carb diet to maintain after i've reached my goal.

Thanks guys, well i done very well this wk (cutting carbs, kept drinking 3lt of water a day also.) start cd 2moz i feel so positive this time round.......keep strong with cd.
