Hi, I've been doing weight watchers for about a month now sticking to my points as much as possible and I've lost nearly a stone. I've had some bad days but generally I've been good.
There is something I'm not sure about however.... Can anyone tell me if I am supposed to be having some dairy products daily outside of my pro points allowance or should I always count the dairy?
