Dairylea Light / Extra Light as HE

Hi

Can someone please remind me how many light and extra light triangles I am allowed as HE on a green day. Can I have them as either HEA or HEB on green?

I was thinking this, is this right?....

Skimmed milk (for tea/coffee) - HEA
Dairylea light/extra light triangles - HEA/B
1/2 tin of tuna in spring water - HEB

Basically I want to make a tuna pasta bake with by mixing the dairylea with passata, adding sweetcorn, onion and tuna.

You can have 4 x Dairylea Light triangles as either a HEA or a HEB on a green day.

As far as I know Dairylea don't do an extra light version. Laughing Cow have one and you can have 6 of those as a HEA or HEB.

Lol, I actually meant Laughing Cow ( oops!

So that means I can have 6 laughing cow extra light triangles? Is it 5 for the light version?
