was doing OK - but have put on weight in last couple of weeks :( Clothes a little tighter! But back on track now! Not tempted to weigh cos it becomes an obsession and really its just a number. I think you know you are ok by how you feel and look. But I know some people don't agree, I guess its whatever works for you x
