    Ok guys so i have been on SW for a week without any help and lost 3 lbs

    i join online tomorrow (pay day) yippee

    so i am really starting today so here was my 1st day and i feel so full up and haven't even had any sins yet - but may have a couple of wine gums in a bit .

    Red day

    Breakfast: Fruit (f)
    Clusters (hex b)
    Milk (hex a)

    Snack: Fruit (f)

    Lunch: roast chicken sandwich (bread hex b) (f) (no butter/marg)
    Yogurt - mullerlight) (f)
    Fruit (f)

    Tea: Gammon (f)
    Broccoli (f)
    carrots (f)

    Snacks: Fruit (f)

    melon and strawberries with 1 meringue nest crumbled on top added to that plan yummy !

    sounds fantastic, might try that this week, perhaps with toffee mullerlight yoghurt instead of melon.

    Tea: tuscan style tomato sauce & pasta (f)
    (mag july 08 pg 57)

    Snacks: Fruit (f)
    wine gums ( 1 syn each)
    jaffa cakes (2 1/2 syns each)


    this is me for today .. i have got up early and joined SW online so im ready for action have a good day x

    Looks great well done on your loss. I think I might follow in your footsteps and get an online diary started! trouble is o/h though, hogs the comp. We will be getting a laptop for me though but not just yet so that will help!

    your food diary is looking great but dont feel bad about having syns, you need to use your syns to make sure you dont feel deprived and fall off the wagon

    the syns at the bottom are not what i will eat its just to give me an idea on WHAT to have ha ha but i like to save them till after tea but i will have them

    im going to the cinema today my boyfriend is treating me so im going to take some fench fry crisps and my alpen bars !!

    oh well .. here is how the chinese went ... i had a bit of duck with lots of salad , boiled rice a bit of chicken satay a few noodle and 2 small ribs and no pudding ................................however i dont think the 10 + vodkas afterwards helped :eek: stolled into bed at 4:30 am the spare bedroom that is dont think my fella would be impressed if i started clambering into our bed as he had work this morning .

    so i have woken up with alot of determination i am having a nice bowl of cereal and i plan to do my dvd today and a bit of boxing on the wii ..

    When I was in my prime.... I'd have a chinese every week and still lose at least 2lbs a week... good luck x

    I ditto Louise - Id easily lose even with a heavy nights drinking and a good chinese as long as I was rigid the rest of the time. Someone on here said something the other day that hit a cord in that its not the day blowouts thats wreck the diet - its the constant picking that jeopardizes it xx

    Thanks girlies , that made me feel loads better even if i only loose 1 lb ill be happy its a loss !!
