I`ve gained 1lb this morning and I know it is due to water retention as I have sausage fingers and just feel blergh!

Does anyone know what helps with this?

I really hate the tight feeling in my skin :(

I`m not sure if it is down to it being scorching here today or the fact that I had a bad day with water yesterday (or a mix?)

Hope everyone is having a lovely day, I`m off to the park in a bit with the mini beasts :D

    Hi there..

Like Susie says keep drinking the water for sure... also have you tried Green Tea? I had really bad water retention a couple of weeks ago.. I asked the same question on the forum, and someone kindly recommended Green Tea.. I tried it, can't say I love it but it works for my water retention and it's full of antioxidants too... give it a go and see if it works for you Lise... Good luck..

This hot weather is great, but a nightmare for us water retentioners.. LOL

Yup, keep drinking loads of water, and someone once told me that cucumber is a natural dieuretic (sp) but not sure if its true or not x

Think of it this way; you're holding water in your body now, but as soon as it starts to cool down a bit, bam, water is gone and you'll have lost some extra weight ;)

i've got the same problem too. fingers feels so huge. thing is i think i've lost about 2lb this week but put it on when i woke with sausage fingers and my weight hasn't gone back down again. :( at last it's cooler today and is supposed to be cooler for the rest of the week. hopefully it'll give my body chance to get better.

    *group hug*

I`ve only lost 2lbs this week so far too as I keep swelling up :(

I`m hoping the water (and lbs!) will be gone in time for my WI on Weds eve

    Good luck everyone Xxxxxx
