Confused.com :-/ I've read 5 different threads on this subject and everyone is different!!
Really need to know the syn value of each pot

Just had a look-the 0% ones are all 0.5syns each except cherry and strawberry which are free x

5.5 syns are the full fat 1's...aslong as ur having the 0% ur ok xxx

Yeah defiantly have the 0% fat ones

The ones that are 5.5 syns are the Shape delights desserts - milk chocolate, white chocolate and caramel
