    My tummy is rumbling and I'm tucked up in bed! How very annoying!!!

    How can I be hungry?! I could only just finish my soup!!

    healthy eating
    cause you are eating alot less cals than your body is used but don't worry your tummy will get used to it.

    Getting rid of starches/sugar/unnecessary fats.
    Going to sleep a wee bit hungry means that your body will be dipping into its fat cells for energy... ;)
