day 1 after a month off....

    :wave_cry:HI EVERYONE. I GOT WEIGHED AFTER HAVING A MONTH OFF YESTERDAY AND I HAD PUT ON 5 3/4LB... :sigh: ANYWAY I AM BACK TODAY :D AND HAD A BANANA SHAKE SO FAR AND LOTS OF :tear_drop::tear_drop:... DETERMINED ;). SIGNED UP FOR AUGUST CHALLENGE SO FAR EVERYONE HAS GOT A LOSS BUT AS MY FIRST WEIGH IN YESTERDAY DONT GET WEIGHED TILL NEXT FRIDAY. WATCH THIS SPACE..:party0038:....XXXX

    How did day one go - I hope you are doing well :).

    As Ellie said I too think that <6lb gain after a month off is not too bad and is probably mostly water/glycogen so will hopefully be off again in no time.

    thanks Ruth, so far so good ha ha.. its only early but fingers crossed!! Just got to get past day 3 and should be fine.;) watch this space. xx
