Well I'm back from holiday, school camp and now had a good weekend drinking, catching up with friends and it's time to get back on with it.

Yesterday was good both food and exercise however today.... well lets not go there!

Too much food and no, yes that's right, no water!!!!

ANY TIPS PEOPLE? TOMORROW WILL BE DAY ONE AND MY B'DAY IS IN 12 WEEKS AND I WOULD LIKE TO LOOKING AND FEELING BEAUTIFUL ABOUT THEN.

Hi babe, great to hear from you!

Yep a glass before I leave the house and another whilst I get ready for work, then maybe another as soon as I arrive at work? That way i might have downed about 1ltr before I start the day!

If i had drunk water today probably would have gone to the gym and not binged too as I was really thirsty and not hungry when I chose to eat..... I know it but that still didn't stop me.
