Step2 810kcal Day 1 - Again (Hopefully I can do it)

Hi,

I have been on the Cambridge diet for a good few weeks, but I tend to cheat alot and therefore don't loose much weight may be 1lb or 1/2 lb every week.

I am looking for some support to help me get through this. Currently I weight 12st and my aim is to between 9.6st to 9.10st.

Initially I was put on Step 1, but last week got moved to Step 2 to fit in with my lifestyle and help me not too cheat. The products are fantastic, but I think its dinner time and where I don't portion control and end up eating carbs. I have to have a biscuit with my tea before I go to bed. I need to break this habit and hopefully even loose a stone by xmas, I know it is do-able but need the help and motivation.

I drink about 2L of water a day this would include my tea/coffee but atleast 1.5L would be of pure water. Is that enough?

I try and hot the gym once/twice week but need to keep it regular as well as eat healthier.

Hoping this forum will help me keep in check and I will meet my goal by xmas.
 
How you doing? Hope step 2 is working for you.
