Day 1 AGAIN!!

    Well I am on Day 1 again!! It's been a long time coming but I'm ready to start now and feel really motivated (long may it last). I need to lose 5.5 stone in order to get my BMI down to the required level for IVF! So, am giving myself until February/March to do that. In between that I have a holiday planned and a small op which will mean I have to not do CD for about 3 weeks or so. Hopefully Feb/March isn't too ambitious!!!

    Well I just thought that I'd say hello as I think that this site is great for support!

    Hey Mrs Cupcake,

    Good Luck with your journey, its a brillant cause. I am also returning to CD again today...longtime coming. So come on us, I will be please if I can actually make it throught the day...

    Hi. 7 months sounds about right, as long as you can be fairly sensible on your holiday. Not easy I know, but you want to keep any damage to a minimum to stay on schedule. Sorry if that sounds a little negative, but a sugar coating isn't allowed on Cambridge. :D

    I'm sure with your goal in mind you will easily achieve it, along with the rest of us. Good luck. :)

    Well Mrs Cupcake, how did you get on yesterday? I managed to stick to the plan....woo hoo now looking forward to taking on the challenge of day 2.

    I am hoping to lose 4 stone to start with, if i can keep going i would like to lose a further 2 stone.... so fingers crossed.
