Ok so today was my first day and I must say Im very dubious about this diet working ( or im doing it wrong) ive eaten loads

little bit of quark
Mullerlight
Dinner
Sweet potato
Steak
Tomato's
Mullerlight
2 x bananas
Went to pub after work had 2 x vodka and diet coke 8 syns
