Extra Easy day 1 help please check

Ok so today was my first day and I must say Im very dubious about this diet working ( or im doing it wrong) ive eaten loads

Breakfast
2 weetabix HE
Skimmed milk HE
Banana

Lunch
Wholemeal pasta
Salad
Chicken breast
little bit of quark
Mullerlight

Dinner
Sweet potato
Steak
Tomato's
Mullerlight

2 x bananas
Went to pub after work had 2 x vodka and diet coke 8 syns

Have I done it correctly?
 
Looks good to me! You can have any type of pasta, not just wholemeal...!

Key thing to remember is to stop eating when you are full (the biggest adjustment for me!) that's the point of the 1/3rd super free on your plate- to fill you up on the really healthy stuff and help you lose weight, so don't be saving them until after second pasta helpings and you'll be fine ;)
