Hello There,
I'm a newbie to this diet. I have about 2st and 6lbs to lose. I think i have tried every other diet except this one so heres hoping! I have just finished at choc mint shake and my god it was revolting!! I'm hoping they will grow on me over time. I'm having cravings already and im only one milk shake in but im feeling determind! I'm 12st 8lbs and on holiday in 2 weeks so hoping to be down too 12st then pick it back up on my return. People keep saying to me why not start after my holidays but when start tomorrow what could be started today, am i right!!?

Aww thanks. First few days is always the hardest!! Good luck to you to though!! I'm sure this will be the diet we both suceed in... least i hope so! :)
