Day 1 on Lipotrim

    Today I start, I'm nervous but excited!?

    I hope to cope well with not putting food into my mouth a habit I hope to break as with most I don't do it out of hunger :-/

    My starting weight is 12 stone; I hope to get down to 10 stone :)

    Any help, tips would be appreciated. I would like advice on best times to take shakes and also what drinks (other than water) you are allowed to take.

    Hi siandys1 and welcome to the lipo train ;-)
    I'm currently ending week 3 (weigh in tomorrow ) and have never felt better!

    Once you get into ketosis the hard parts over as you prob know so stick with it. You'll be astounded at the results.

    Personally for me It's all about the water I try to drink at least 3 ltrs a day including my shakes and black coffee and it's working fine.

    Just had my 1st shake, thought it tasted ok (wasn't expecting it to!?) but did leave funny taste in mouth when finished!

    Is there any sugar free gum or something your allowed to use??

    Can't wait till I'm in ketosis as fighting a strong desire to eat brekkie :( just habit I know but I will be strong :)

    Oh that habit will soon pass I've been there lol as for the shakes I only like the strawberry but reading a lot on here there's lots of ways to make them more palatable some add ice more water coffee to the vanilla this forum is great for fining out things like that xx

    And You can't have anything on this diet no gum/mints/chews nothing :-/ nightmare I know but from what I've read it messes with the ketosis.

    One thing I will say is get through the first 3/4 days and you won't feel hungry and if you get that urge just drink your water it really helps a lot xx

    Thanks for the info.

    Had strawberry and as said it was ok, but have mostly got chocolate so hoping that's ok to :-/

    Is this not a very popular diet? Forum seems very quiet. Was on a ww one a few years ago and was very busy.

    How much have you lost if you don't mind me asking?

    I'm not sure it is quiet I've been reading back as far as 2008 for info lol!

    In week one I lost 12.5 lb
    Week 2- 10lbs

    I'm amazed but saying that I have ALOT of weight to loose my start weight was 21stone 8 :-(
    No excuses or phantom illness's I literally was a compulsive eater now my 3 children are getting older it's time I stepped up and became the active healthy mum they need hence choosing this diet. I have been 100% and know I will continue to be because I can't believe how amazing this diet is lol

    You can drink which ever shake you like its a matter of taste I hope me waffling on hasn't bored you I'm a very enthusiastic lipo user lol! Xx

    I love hearing how everyone's doing, does give you the incentive to continue!

    I'm hoping to lose 5lbs 1st week anything more will be a happy bonus :)

    Been to chemist this am and they say I can have nuphar dual action breath strips.m, so happy now ;-)

    Ahh good idea as the breath is unspeakable LOL ! My kids are not so keen for a cuddle since starting this diet it's now a running joke with the little gits lol!

    But I'm sure you will get that 5lb and more in week one if you stick 100% I know week one is mainly water loss but it does give you a big boost seeing it ;-)

    Can't wait to hear how you get on and even thou I'm only reaching week four so kinda new if there's anything I can help with just ask.

    Omg could cry I so want to eat something! Making daughter and hubby tea and soo tempted ?

    I can do this...

    Damn the 1st is hard :-(

    Hey guys I've been on lipotrim just over a month and lost 20 pounds!!

    I have my shakes at 12pm, 4pm and 9pm as I'm not a breakfast person!

    I find all the shakes just taste like regular shakes, I use a blender and have just under a pint, they really fill me up now.

    When your hungry keep drinking water, seems the more water I drink the more weight I've lost by the end of the week.

    Keep focusing on your weekly weigh in, and looking online for the lovely clothes you'll be able to wear soon, a long nice bath will take your mind off food too :)

    Once the first 2-3 weeks pass it will be like second nature to you and you will really start to see the difference in yourself!!!

    I'm an old hat to Lipotrim, hopefully on it for the final time, 6 days 100% have given me a whooping great loss of 19lbs, my highest first week yet, but I fear this is due to the vast amount of food I was consuming prior to the diet :(

    Currently 13.2lbs, aiming for mid 11's.

    WOW that's an unbelievable amount well done!! I'm not sure I'll have anything quite like that amount but would be nice ;-) x

    Wow stereo love that's a amazing weight loss well done !!

    I'm ending week three as of today and couldn't agree more with your advice it does become second nature definitely xxx

    Hi yeye can I say yo look fantastic !!! And your weight loss is AMAZING you have given me a real kick of inspiration !!

    Like I've said I'm going for my third weigh in today so fingers crossed I know I've stayed 100% but there's always that doubt lol

    Hi siandys1 hope your doing ok just come back from weigh in lost another 7lbs this week.

    Still in shock lol that's 29.5 lbs in 3 weeks if I didn't have bad knees I'd skip home lol

    Hope I can inspire people to stay 100% as it really does work xxx

    That is so good, well done!

    It does help hearing the good results. Just made daughter cheese on toast and was just stood there smelling it :-/

    I sniff food too, they laugh at me at work when I stick my nose in the biscuit box for a sniff lol xx

    Thanks yeye and oh trust me I do that too I ALOT lol! I made beef stew yesterday and must of lost Half a pound walking in an out the kitchen lifting the lid on the slow cooker just for a sniff haha!!
