Day 1 - question already...sorry!

    Hi Everyone...

    Ok, so online, I'm on the Food Diary bit, and I've added HEA & HEB so far for my b'fast
    2 weetabix and 1% milk - fine

    The problem is I am trying to add some extra milk in the 'syn' section and can't seem to find it come up. I managed to find semi skimmed milk but only 568 mls, and don't want that much. I'm sooo confused! Help!

    Also, am I ok to have HEA & HEB for my breakfast and nothing else? I enjoy my weetabix for brekkie, and am quite happy to use up my HEB in this way, but know I could switch my milk another day if I needed/wanted cheese or something else for example.

    I'm switching from a VLCD so this is all new to me

    There should be an option to input syns manually where you put in the nutritional information and the portion size and it'll add it all up for you. HTH's

    Just to add that it is fine to just have just HEXs for your brekkie.

    If you are doing the 'extra easy' plan you should try and aim to have 1/3rd of superfree on your plate, but it isn't always possible or convenient. So you could add some chopped banana or some berries to your weetabix if you like.
