First day ever of slimming world, not the greatest meal plan, but it’s a start.

Breakfast: 28g coco pops - 5 syns
125ml semi skinned milk - half of Hex A
Satsuma

Lunch: at work so need something easy
2x wholemeal bread - Hex B
14g cheese - Rest of Hex A
1tsp clover -1 1/2 syn
Apple
40g frube - 1 1/2 syn
Banana is still peckish

Snack: Banana
Frube - 1 1/2 syn

Dinner: McCain jacket potatoes - 1 syn
Baked beans
Ham


Hopefully ending the day on 10 1/2 syns

I am hoping to cut out the 5 syns for breakfast once I get some wetabix & porridge and use it has my Hex B instead!
Could I ask, what the syns for ham? The wafer thin stuff & boiled ham for example? Can’t find the answer anywhere!
