Day 10

Today i am feeling very warn out, i have just completed an 8 and half hour shift and have been non stop all day on my feet.
My food diary is as follows:
Breakfast: 5x rich tea fingers (5 syns)
Lunch: Pasta with sauce
Dinner: 2x bread (1xheb) banana, grapes and strawberrys.

When i get home at 9pm tonight i will have some thing else to eat then, if im hungry. I just dont feel very hungry today. :sigh:
