Hey pudding,

stick with it your doing so well. Im assuming everyone at some point has a hard time and this must be yours.

Just keep in mind, that your in ketosis and eating anything will knock you off and slow you down, therefore stopping you from being the person you wanna be

Be strong hun. Yes the diet is bloomin torturous I didn't stop thinking about food for a month but I toughed it out and have been rewarded with great losses xx

The only advice that I can give you is drink, drink and drink some more..

Sometimes hunger pains are confused with you being thirsty - funnily how it is never the other way round eh ?

So try and up your water intake and see how you get on after then

Hello everyone
I've just started the cambridge diet sole source but i've done it before and lost a stone, i think the worst thing was seeing everyone else eat around me, so i think this time i'm going to be a hermit and not socialise!! Arent the tv ads annoying? especially dominos pizza, it's always on tv!! Good luck everyone!!

Agree with the above definately keep at it and keep urself busy and away from the fridge
