Day 14, really need some motivation!

Hey guys, so happy i've made it to the end of week 2 but it's getting really hard and tiring now, can barely get the energy to do anything but still having to juggle work and college. I've drunk alot of tea and coffee with sugar this week aswell to keep me going so i hope that doesn't affect weight loss too much :( Kept on thinking i wanted to give up the last few days but have managed not to somehow. Anyone know of any tips to stop you from getting so tired or is it just something you have to deal with? xx
 
Sugar is an absolute no no as it'll stop you getting properly in to ketosis. The first couple of weeks are tough but it gets loads better after that. Ditch the sugar & milk & you'll be fine (presuming you're on ss).
 
Unfortunately, sugar is carbs, and will prevent you getting into ketosis. Once in ketosis, you should have lots more energy honey. Try to persevere without the sugary tea and coffee and things should get better quickly x
 
Swap the sugar for tablet sweetener if you cant have it without
