Step 1 Sole Source + Day 14 ........yay !

Well day 14, I can't believe I have done two weeks !

Definately feeling good , more energy, clothes fit better, light exercising, just need a poo ! Lol
Went to a friend for chat yesterday and sat with my water while she had poached egg on toast ! Luckily had already had my porridge so wasn't hungry. Ad shake fir lunch then some turkey breast an broccoli for dinner. Had choc orange mousse but wasn't very nice had funny taste, the mint chic was soooooo much nicer.
Got myself a rebounder now so off to bounce away ..........
