Feeling a bit down today, just don't feel my usual cheery self, feeling the cold today to. Managed to get through yesterday better than expected due to my little wobble.
Son, six years old, informed me this morning that he and dad would be making my breakfast on Sunday and asked what I wanted. I said that I would just love a cup of peppermint tea in bed, to which he reply "oh no mummy, its Mothers Day you have to have a big breakfast, I'll make bacon, eggs and toast" me standing there thinking how do I get out of this one without hurting anyones feelings. I suppose I could always send him to the bathroom to wash his hands and when he comes back my plate would be empty, in the dog of course.
    Stay strong everyone,

lol....u could always get him to help daddy make u a bowl of CD porridge?

a sweet food pack blended with 300ml of hot water, pour into a bowl. then add 2 generous table spoons of loose psyillium husks stirred in for a few minutes. result is a thick porridgy bowl of brekkie that u dont need to feded to the dog.

Chin up Sugs, you should be very chirpy with all that weight you've lost.
