Hello all, im on my second day of the Dukan diet and all seems to be going well...ive lost 4lbs since weighing myself yesturday...i know most of this will be water...but its a fab start and a great boost. My cravings seem to be ok at the moment too...i just keep drinking my bottled water and this seems to help fill me up inbetween meals. How long do you think i should be on the ATTACK phase for?

Frankly, five days' attack is plenty for anyone... I'd go for the five, and then alternate protein and protein/veg days in Cruise...

Hiya Joanne, thanks for your reply. I will defo give the attack phase 5 days as im missing veg...so im sure like you said 5 days will be long enough. Hope to caht again soon...Kelly..xx

Youre start weight is the same as mine was and the dukan site said 6 days for attack.

Well done on getting started and the loss so far.
