Day 2 craving

Second day and i'm doing so well, 100% all the way.

Only problem is today i have been craving food, mainly salt & pepper chips, i cant stop thinking about them its driving me mad.

I will be strong and resist, please tell me the cravings will go.
 
They will go hun, you have to learn to differentiate between head hunger and true hunger, but once ketosis is in you should find it easier. Just drink water and keep coming on here, it helps!
