    Feeling alot more positive today - have completed a 20 minute zumba dvd this morning and plan on going on a bike ride tonight. I WILL shift this weight.

    I will update dinner later on :)

    Breakfast

    Apple - 0.5 points
    2 x satsumas - 0.5 points

    Lunch

    80grams B/matthews turkey ham - 1.5 points
    Cucumber - free
    Lettuce - free
    Beetroot - free
    2 x wholemeal pitta - 4 points
