I'm definitely the most tired on day 2. By day 4 things are generally getting better!
Pizza is horrible, nasty, greasy yuck anyway...you are not missing anything!!

I found day 1 and 2 a bit hard with headache and tiredness but on day 3 today and feel like i've got loads of energy and haven't even had my 3rd shake yet :)
