Well Im on Day 2 of my restart, and dare I say it .... I'm finding it quite easy! has anyone else had this on restart, or am I just in for a bad couple of days?

Also, can't remember how much water I used to drink - i'm doing 4/5 litres a day - does that sound about right?

I started Friday found that easy , but saturday was a little harder , but not to bad , just thinking why i'm doing it , spurs me on . Water trying to drink as much as poss but when out for to long have to lay off , but then start feeling hungry , i know the Answer stay in for 12 weeks , never lol Go mad . Thats great its becoming easy for you . 29lb , won't be long for you
