Hello!!

On day 2.. going well - found it hard last night, just have to kick all my old habits... as we both would have dinner then a few hours later nip to the shops and get "devil" food!

Have just worked out yesterdays calories... mine 1380.. his 1576... very bad i know, was filling up on fruit, have found a calorie book in the spare room so todays calories will be much lower! - will not be eating as much fruit.

But wouldn't you rather fill up on fruit then the bad stuff.....
