hey guys im jenny
i started lipotrim on monday,i have a lot of weight to loose in a short space of time..im bridesmaid in 8 weeks and i stupidly ordered my dress 2 size s too small,but since then i put on a stone and a half..fun times lol...i did lt a few years ago and lost a total of 7 stone..i had a month break inbetween,so since then i put on 4 stone..im back and am gona try my hardest to keep it off..hopefully this will be the last time i have to do this diet..so i wish u all well..:)

hang in there,i was really weak all today,had to go back to bed a few times ,but i remember it was the same the last time i did it,and i know it passes,by next week i know i will have so much energy i wont know what to do with it..lol.water is really the key for the hunger,i also drink alot of peppermint tea,and black coffee..try to stay strong..you should be going into ketoses today or tommorow and the hunger will lessen...its so worth it..when u start to see the results not only on the scales but in the mirror...goodluck,and well done for staying strong,its not easy but it does get easier..:)

Thanks Jenny .. Iv taken myself off to bed as I can't stop thinking of food.. The hungers quite bad & iv had 4 litters of water today... Can't believe day 3 is nearly over :) I'm so excited about keytosis ...
& the energy everyone talks of as iv the 3 kiddies, 8..5..& 10 months & by god do I need energy for them ;)
I'm gonna kick ass tomorrow...
You delighted day 3 is crossed off? Keep it up ... We'll keep each other going x

Hiya, Jennyc, I remember you from last time..we started around the same time! Im on re-start too and started on Monday the same as you both. I've been okay today but probably because all kiddies are back to school and lots to catch up on before I go back to work on Friday.

Good luck with your journeys and cant wait till Im in ketosis too! Bring on the energy!!

Hi Rhian... How you doing? Nice to meet another person at same stage :) I do have the soup but I havent tried it yet as I'm hearing it's not nice.. Iv gone tru all the vanilla & choc shakes not keen on the strawberry so I'm going to go chemist & swap.. Iv been so hungry Im scared to try soup as if it is really horrible don't think I could finish it! But I could be surprised think I'll give it a go today.. Waiting till 12 for my first shake.. I have them at same time every day
Shake one @ 12
Shake two @ 3/4
Shake three @ 6/7
With around 3/4 litres of water in-between..

I'm down 8 lbs on my scales this morning since Monday? Have any of you weighed yet? X

Hi everyone. I'm now on day 3 and was quite surprised this morning that I actually liked the shake!! Not quite feel brave enough to tackle the soup on tho, I'll leave that to next week!! I weighed myself and was 7lb down but I'll only believe it when the pharmacist tells me lol. I've been a bit headachy today so upping my water a bit. But all in all feeling ok. Hope everyone is well.

Pamdev well done you.. It's very motivating to see the scales coming down isn't it? Gets ya through the tough bits.. I was so hungry yesterday but am ok again today thank god.. Found that tough!!
Can't wait for time to go on.. Very exciting.. Thoughts of being slim again is keeping me on track :)

ah hellllllooo,i remember you too,this is great,am thrilled we started at the same time..how have u been getting on this time round?iv started taking silicia tablets and magnesium this time,so hopefully it will go well..but i have to say i started them last week and already my skin looks much better,butthat could also be all the water..yum yum hahaha..had lots of energy this morning which was a welcomed change from the last few days.so yaaay..i have friends commng this evening for the weekend so i had to cook dinner,have u ever tried cooking indain food without tasting it hahaha i hope its ok..oh by the way,the soup is not that bad,i actually like it..u should try it..good luck x jen

haha my goodness id say they keep u on your ties lol..really hope your feeling better today..day 4 yaaaaaaaaaaay.... 4 more sleeps and we get the big weigh in wooooooooo hooooooooo

the soup is the only one i can stomach so i have 3 a day and find them ok, i add a little bit of pepper which is ok but defo not salt (i always did this last time and still had fab losses each week) i also have them hot, cold is really not the nicest taste in the world lol
Give the soup a go and see :)
i am on day 6 and headaches and lot of the hunger pangs gone now thank god! good luck for first weigh in everyone x

Im getting on good thanks, fully motivated to do it which is great but i know its cause i have something to aim for (30th :eek:) and I went out yesterday and had allll my hair cut off! Literally!! It was past my shoulders and I've had myself scalped!! Ill try and get some piccies on...mega change!!

I have never, in all the times i've done LT, had the soup but i really want to get it and reallllly want to like it coz i just want summat warm in my tummy! I drink warm water more than cold but its still not enough!

Well Jenny, I have cooked loads of times for people while I've been on LT coz I just get this urge to cook, cook, cook! Weird...saying that, im back in work tomorrow (im mananger of a resturant) and really dont know how im gonna find it serving food alllll day for 14hours!! Bummer!! Hope your going strong still and mega congrats on the weight loss up to now! Not weighed myself at home yet. I get obsessed!!xxx

Hiya Jenny, hows it going? Not been on for couple of days..working loads.
I was the same on Friday hun but pleeeeaaassseee dont break your diet!! I woke up yesterday full of energy and realised how easier it is after your in Ketosis! KEEP GOING!! The lbs will be dropping off you as we type each day and this time next week, you will be lbs lighter..stay on here for support, look at insperational pics, read do anything to take your mind off hunger and the feelings you get. You have done it before and you CAN do it again!!

I really hope you are okay. If you have had a slippery day then just push it to one side and carry on. Rant over!!

Hope you all dont mind me jumping in here as you all seem to have just started. I'm new on here and started my shakes 3 days ago and decided to find some support from all the brave ppl who are doing this as well. So far I'm doing ok but im feeling a bit jittery and wondering if that is normal, I seem to have escaped the headaches so far but was wondering when ketosis kicks in, thanks for listening

Hiya Teresa! You should make this site your new best friend cause the support on here is fab! Yeah, its normal to feel jittery, i was until yesterday and you should be in ketosis by day 6/7 tho some people vary.

So how are you finding it? You must be a strong person to do this diet xxx
