Day 3 and extreme muscle weakness!

Hi there

I'm on day three of the Harcombe dient. Has anyone else experienced severe muscle weakness especially in thier legs? I feel like I'm carrying around two lead weights!
 
hello, love to see other HD ppl on here as there are so few of us :)

Apparently the weakness is to do with the body starting to burn fat instead of carbs for energy. I had that when I started phase 2 and it didn't last for long, so hope you find it the same.
