Keep going !! Food will only make yourself worse !!! The best thing I do to kill time is get a pen and paper and write all the reasons why you want to do this
How you feel at the moment and how you think you'll feel once you finish
Trust me you'll be surprised what you find xxx
Kills time and gives you that kick up the backside :)

Aww Hun hope yr ok you can do it you are doing it. I just had last shake and am in bed already!! Lol if I stay up I will look for food xx

Paint ur nails.....

It's the habit that's making u crazy, I likened it to giving up smoking, u know ur not hungry but it's the habit of food that's making u crazy!

U can't eat with wet nails, do the full works, base coat, 2/3 coats of colour, top coat!

U'll be at it for ages :)

Your in bed..... its 7:55 lol! Thats good tho that your getting away from any temptations! :) I just had a really week grumpy moment tonight but i had my last pack (hot soup) and i feel a lot better. Also looking through the before and after pics and also looking at slide shows on you tube as perked me up and i am ready to battle on lol... no one said this would be easy, and i am NOT giving up this time.... i WILL get to goal! :)

How as Day 1 been for you? Talk me though it :) xx

Hahaha i love this!! Great minds think alike as i did this last night ;)

Its a very strange feeling, its like one half of my brain is telling me to stick at this diet and get to goal EVERYTHING i ever wanted to be thin, and then the other side of my brain is telling me i NEED to eat!.... i dont need to eat at all, and its like there is a little battle going on in my head!

Annoying!!!:sigh:

Stay strong if you can get passed the 1st 4 days ur laughing!
The reason you are thinking about food is carb withdrawal.... I went through this and even a hard boiled egg still in the shell looked appealing!!
Ive just completed 3 weeks on SS and have lost my first stone! so stay strong.
Once u r in ketosis your appetite will diminish, and things will be much easier.

Lol I know well hubby gone away today with his job and kids were tired so they went to bed at 7.30 so I was like what to do if I went downstairs cos I got no one to talk to I would have just gone on a downer and looked for naughty food.. My little boy was up at 4am this morning too so early night needed anyway. Found today ok really just got to stay focused and get thru these first few days!! I got this site on my iPhone, iPad so everywhere I am I got you guys :) xx

I know what you mean everything seems yummy.... thnigs that i dont even like i want to eat haha! I hope it does get better after a week. I just taken two headache tablets as i had a REALLY bad head and now thats gone i am starting to feel better again and not wanting food as bad lol weird! xxxx

Hhaha Louise me too!! i have iphone and comp so i am always around haha! Apart from when i am pretending to be hard at work hehe! i am glad you have done day 1.... hardest part is over (in my opinion) you are doing really well! What did you think if the packs? How was your water intake..... was u always going the loo? I was never off the loo today was gonna move my desk in there hahaha!! xxx

Oh my days I have never been to wee so much lol I was going to start a thread on weeing lol
I have had about 3litres I had banana tetra lunch time then leek and potato soup then a choc tetra! Feel ok just very tired .last time I did it I had bad headaches but I am a bit of a diet coke addict so It was the withdrawals from that so hope I dint get that this time if I do more early nites! So yr on day 4 tomorrow aww well done Hun xx

I was in bed by 6:52 last night cuz of the smell of food. :( sad times but worth it remember :) x

Aaaargh, that 1st week, glad I don't have to do it again and not planning to do it in the future (well, that's the plan ;)).
It really does get easier, I'm on week 2, weigh in on Fri, ketosis is yer mate!
Yup, recommend drink, drink, drink...water that is :D and yes I feel as though I am p'ing my fat away, on the hour every hour.
I def agree with kimbo68 about the carb withdrawl, I'm a carboholic, this I know for sure (hubby & I went on an all inclusive hol in Greece, at breakfast skinny hubby chose eggs, bacon no toast because that's the way he likes it; me, pancakes, porrige, toast, croissants, hand made Greek cakes...eeeek)
The more I journal this the more I'm seeing a pattern in my eating lifestyle..NOT healthy!
So lets do this for our health as well as for those fab clothes you never dreamed you would wear again :D

Your sooooo right!!

I think your all right about the Carbs! Candle i am a carbaholic too!! My bf Andreas is Greek Cypriot and his yiayia (nana) makes the most AMAZING Greek food all fattening of course! Canyt wait to get in Ketosis and start to feel better about not eating. xx

I find its not the food your missing its the habit :) you feelings towards food will soon change once you start getting your big losses. I find the big losses such a great incentive stick with it :) Good Luck xx

I called my third day the day from hell. I promise you that you will feel fab in the next couple of days. Once you are past this day it gets easier and just think if you stick to it you wont have to face day 3 again. Day 3 may be hell on earth but NOTHING compares to the feeling you get when you weigh in with a loss xx
