I def agree with kimbo68 about the carb withdrawl, I'm a carboholic, this I know for sure (hubby & I went on an all inclusive hol in Greece, at breakfast skinny hubby chose eggs, bacon no toast because that's the way he likes it; me, pancakes, porrige, toast, croissants, hand made Greek cakes...eeeek)
The more I journal this the more I'm seeing a pattern in my eating lifestyle..NOT healthy!
So lets do this for our health as well as for those fab clothes you never dreamed you would wear again
