Day 3 for me

Have made it this far, days 1 and 2 i was at work so didnt have time to think. I now have a full week off. I used WS over the weekend as i have a very physical job. This worked out fine for me and think i'll do this every weekend now. Im still not into ketosis yet as im still feeling hunger and a wee bit tender at times too. Will hang in there though.

I was in ketosis by day 2, and then day 3 was the worst day for me and I was hungry- but I think this is more habit, and the longer u do it, the more u recognise it. Stick with it and u will get there. I'm on day 8 and lost 8lbs in the first week, and that was with a WS day.
