Day 3...OMG!!!

    I cannot believe it, I have actually done it, 100%! Day 3 and still going strong, no side effects (headaches etc) Feeling so positive that this is gonna be the year I reinvent myself (turning 40 and a trip to Vegas is helping with the Will power)
    Anyone else on day 3 and loving it????

    Hi, I'm on day 12. Feeling great, actually woke up this morning feeling thinner which is amazing. I kinda don't care what the scales say on Friday. I've got a trip to Crete booked for July keeping me on track.

    Hey well done just on 5th day with no side effects and feeling good ! Saw consultant today she said I looked thinner but weight loss was not huge but inch loss was !,
    both surprised but today was only day 6 not put off keep on going ! :)

    Amazing!! I'm just rounding up day 2 on SS!! Don't you just love that feeling when you get into bed and realise that you done it the right way!

    Day 4, there will be a test, my brother is coming round and he is bringing chips for him and my other half, I'm gonna leave my soup till he gets here and then I wont be tempted!

    Hi everyone this is my day 8 also my first weigh in. I'm more nervous than when I got married haha. I tend to eat my soup very slowly whist the children an hubby tuck into whatever I've prepared for dinner. This week I came home to the smell of mcdonalds. Leek and potato soup never tasted so bad haha. What day are you all getting weighed???

    That's the hardest part, watching everyone else eat. Friday evening weigh in for me. Lost 7lbs in my first week, fingers crossed I can get similar this week.

    I snook on my mates scales today (not getting weighed till sunday by cdc) -7lbs, in 4 days, cannot wait till sunday now, my clothes are feeling loose already!
    Woke up this morning with no hunger pangs so I think the ketosis has kicked in, that means my fat is being burnt not carbs wooohooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

    7 pounds down in 4 days wow and congrats:)
    This is day 3 for me and like you Mrs *S I am loving it.
    I am 15 st 3 would like to weigh 11st by July when I go the Crete.

    Wow 12lbs congratulations that is fantastic is that 19lbs in 2 weeks, any tips for my week 2??
