Day 3 - Was struggling untill.....

Good afternoon all

Was struggling this morning and ready to re-join w/watchers untill I discovered the vegetable soup!

OMG how yummy - made it with a little less than the recommended water and is so nice and creamy... going to order a months bumper pack and think there will be lots of these soups!

I also surprised myself on this diet by favouring the soups over sweet stuff. They leave me feeling fuller! Love veg and Thai chicken they're my favourites.
