    Well, had a tough time latter part of yesterday. but feel fine today, think ive slipped into Ketosis. which is great. jumped on Wi fit this morning before heading off to work and dropped 4lbs, I know not truly acurate but is going the right way.

    So today so far have had a Toffee & Walnut (Fantastic) and a choco mint (Very nice.)

    planning to have Broccoli & Cheese followed by Chocolate for my dessert shake.
