Day 4 - I MISS FOOD SO MUCH!!!!!

Hello everyone,
I'm on day 4 of SS, and I feel embarrassed to say that I am still hungry all the time!!! I was told that by day 4 I would be ok, but its still so hard. Everyone in the office is eating buttered toast for breakfast and its really getting to me......will this get any easier? I dont know how I will get to my 1st weigh in let alone 1st month!!!!:sigh:

It will get better hunni, just hang on in there, grit your teeth and you will soon be flying. Just wait until your first weigh in, that will give you the incentive to carry on when you see how much you have lost x x x

The thing is your physical hunger pains will go by around day 3. However your mental need for food may tak a bit longer. It doesn't help with people around you eating, my hubby had fish and chips last night and it nearly killed me!

It will get better hun, honestly!

Yep, the mental 'need' or desire for food seems to lurk around for ages. Toast is probably my biggest craving, the smell seems to lurk around for ever. Are you really hungry, or just craving? Remember, if hunger isn't the problem, toast isn't the answer ;)
