Wow - REALLY struggled today.

Got up feeling really light headed, not stop peeing and I can't stop thinking about food.. :( Which my 4 year didn't help by coming home from school insisting we made cookies..

The first 3 days have been a total doddle, but I've been tempted alot today, but so far resisted.

I was hoping once I was in ketosis, it would all be so much easier, lol, obviously not.

I'm thinking hot bath & an early night, hopefully tomorrow will not be so hard.

I found the day before and the day of going into ketosis the hardest. And during the first week I found my imagination was the hardest thing - kept on thinking about weird foods all the time.

I does get easier x

Early nights will be your life saver!
I know in the evenings when I start to get hungry I have a bath then go to bed, then wake up feeling smug knowing I didn't cave in and eat the night before!

Thanks ladies :)

Early night worked and I did wake up feeling smug :) Infact I feel 100% better compared to yesterday.. so hopefully it's a case of onwards & upwards from this point.

So pleased you feel better today, I have had more early nights in the last few weeks than in years before, lol. It works, there's no food in bed. Onwards and upwards, you're doing great and it will get easier.
