Day 5.. questions..

Im on day 5 CD. Iv felt fine so far but today im tired, extremely cold and iv got the shakes. Normal??

I rememer going through something similar, ended up spending most of the day in bed had a cup of tea and the next day I wad perfectly fine!

Iv had two shakes today and i feel okay.. Just a bit grumpy! Hopefully next week will be easier. Im surprised at my will power so far! Thanks for advice
